Owned and operated by Lietuvos Radijo ir Televizijos Centras (Lithuanian Radio & Television Center), this site is located just West of the village of Sitkūnai, or 17 kilometers North-Northwest of the center of Kaunas, on the left side of the Kaunas-Klaipėda highway. It's geographic coordinates are 23°48.6'E and 55°02.5'N.
